We combine physical storage infrastructure and AI to redesign the moving & storage market.

We currently operate 10 premium moving and storage centers across Korea, providing reliable physical storage services to customers who need a trustworthy partner for their goods.

First, we solved the problem that conventional warehouses cannot effectively use more than half of their floor area because of forklift aisles. By introducing a cage-based storage system, we have nearly doubled the usable storage capacity, and because staff only need to put items into and take them out of cages without separate loading and unloading steps, we reduce handling labor and time by around 90%.

Second, over the past three years we have refined a process where, instead of visiting customers in person, we generate quotations from photos they send us. In doing so we have accumulated thousands of moving projects and tens of thousands of labeled images. On top of this data, we are building an image-based AI auto-quotation system targeted for completion next year. Customers will be able to upload just a few photos, and our AI will predict the required storage volume and instantly calculate accurate moving and storage fees.

Our revenue has been growing steadily, and we are building an operating structure with roughly 10% operating margin. Revenue was KRW 0.4B in 2023 (≈ USD 0.27M), KRW 1.1B in 2024 (≈ USD 0.75M), KRW 2.0B in 2025 (≈ USD 1.36M), and is projected to reach KRW 10.0B in 2026 (≈ USD 6.8M). Once this system proves its effectiveness in our own operations, we plan to offer this combined hardware-and-software solution to external partners.
